Similar to Flash Fill feature in Excel.

In this video, we will be performing the following without using M Query commands:

• Figure out the day for any given date 
• Extract the first/last name
• Extract only alphabet from a alphanumeric string
• Fetch the middle numbers from the sequence of numbers
